Eula Cox, Ivey

Eula Lee Cox was the daughter of George Washington Cox and Nora Cornelia Ivey. She was born in 1928 in Mississippi and died on 25 September 2012 in Meridian, Mississippi. She is buried in Souenlovie Cemetery in Clarke County, Mississippi.

Services for Eula Lee Thomas were held Thursday, September 27, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Lafferty officiating. Burial followed in Souenlovie Cemetery. Wright's Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
     Mrs. Thomas, 85, of Quitman, MS, died Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS.
     She is survived by her son, Larry Wayne Ivey; daughters, Karon Ivey and Ellen Goff; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brothers, Pete Cox and Irby Cox and sisters, Ruby Mosley, Catherine Mosley, Christine Poole and Velma Culpepper.
     She was preceded in death by her son, Glyn Earl Ivey.
     Pallbearers were Pete Cox, Mitchell Dearman, Wade Dearman, Steve Neely, Eddie Ivy and David Ivey.
     Visitation was held Thursday after 12:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home. Friends may sign online guest register at
