puntDNAL is a DNA tester on Gedmatch that mainly deals with ancient DNA. With the other tests on Gedmatch these are not to be taken literally. After you have your DNA tested through on of the big companies, you can download your raw DNA file and upload it to this site. Whatever test you run you will receive results, but it's based on how much more in common you have with the different populations given in that particular test.
