Services for Mr. Preston Davidson, age 67, of Rt. 6, Meridian were held February 9, 1990, at Snell Church of God with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial was at Snell Church of God Cemetery.
Mr. Davidson passed away on February 7, 1990, at Riley's Hospital.
He was a member of Snell Church of God, a Veteran of WWII and a member of VFW Post No. 79.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Davidson of Meridian; one son, Joseph E. Davidson of Toomsuba; one daughter, Jean Lockhart of Meridian; one daughter-in-law, Gay Davidson of Toomsuba; three brothers, R.C. Davidson, James Davidson and Robert Davidson, all of Meridian; three sisters, Julia Reynolds, Merle Woodrick and Inell Moffett, all of Meridian; and one granddaughter, Nicki Miles, of Meridian.

Mr. Charles L. McNeal, Sr., age 78, of Longview, Texas, died February 8, 1990, at Longview, Texas.
Services were held February 11, 1990, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was Antioch Cemetery.
He was a Mason and a member of Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview, Texas.
Mr. McNeal is survived by one son, Charles L. McNeal, Jr. and wife Mrs. Lila Ruth McNeal of Longview, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Auline Evans and Mrs. Mable Garrett, both of Shubuta; two grandsons, Al Gene McNeal and wife Jan McNeal, and Gregg McNeal and wife Lisa McNeal and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Oglesby passed away February 5, 1990, at H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Deloris Oglesby of Stonewall; four sons, Timmy Harper of Heidelberg, Randy Oglesby, Danny Harper, and Brent Oglesby, all of Stonewall; his mother, Lottie Oglesby of Stonewall; five brothers, Ray Oglesby of Meridian, Billy Oglesby, Eugene Oglesby and B.J. Barton, all of Stonewall, and James O. Barton of Baton Rouge, La.; one sister, Lois Smith of Stonewall; and three grandchildren.
