Funeral services for Ellwood Maltman will be held at the John W. Spicer Funeral Home, Twenty-fourth and Market Streets, Monday at 2 p.m.
Mr. Maltman, an employe of the DuPont Company for 37 years, died yesterday in Charleston General Hospital, Charleston, W. Va.
Mr. Maltman had lived in Bell, W. Va., for the past 27 years, having been transferred by the DuPont Company to its plant there. Prior to that, he was associated with the company here as an accountant in the explosives department. At Bell, he was in charge of precious metals.
Born in Wilmington, he lived here until moving to West Virginia. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of DuPont's 25-year club.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth H. Maltman; a son, Ellwood A. Maltman, Warwick, Conn.; a brother, Alexander Maltman, Germantown, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. George W. Evans, Wilmington, and one grandchild.
Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow night.
