   Mr. Neely, 65, of Quitman, died July 4, 1996, at H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
   He is survived by his wife, Mildred Neely, Quitman; three sons, Stevie Neely, Meridian; Bruce Neely, Meridian and Marty Neely, Dallas, TX; a daughter, Joann Chaney, Enterprise; two brothers, A.J. Neely, Quitman; and Eugene Neely, Meridian; and seven grandchildren.
