Services for Floyd Franklin Ivy were held at 3 p.m. from Rolling Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Wilton Bennett officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Ivy, 72, died Sunday July 7 in Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Susan Ivy, Quitman, four sons, Cecil Earl Ivy, Morgan City, La., Jerry Williams, Brandywine, Md., George Ivy, Phillipsburg, N.J. and Ben Ivy, Sacramento, Calif.; six daughters, Mrs. Eloise Robinson, Quitman, Mrs. Earline Trammell, Bunkie, La., Mrs. Jaunice Singleton, Byhalia, Mrs. Bonnie Gostinski, Luzerne, Penn., Mrs. Willie Mae Stewart, Panama City, Fla., and Mrs. Louise Ingles, Harveys Lake, Penn.; two sisters, Mrs. Christine Reed, Weatherly, Penn., and Mrs. Ethel Long, Enterprise; 29 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
