Services for Leonard R. Dearman were held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Cross Roads Methodist Protestant Church with the Rev. James Parson, the Rev. Mike Hawley and the Rev. Harold Llar officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Wright's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Dearman, 64, Enterprise, died Wednesday in H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel M. Dearman, Enterprise; three sons, Jerry Dearman, Samuel Dearman and J.L. Dearman, all of Austin, Texas; four step-sons, Daniel E. Smith, Rose Hill; Lewis Howard Smith, James Bell Smith and Lewis Ray Smith, all of Enterprise; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Smith, Meridian; five step-daughters, Mrs. Hazel Webster, Lauderdale; Mrs. Sylvia Rowell, Heidelberg; Mrs. Barbara Varner, Pachuta; Mrs. Bonnie Jean Carlisle and Miss Mary Smith, both of Enterprise; three brothers, Leo Dearman and William Dearman, both of Quitman, and Roy Dearman, Hattiesburg; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Lee Fleming, Quitman; 31 grandchildren and two-great-grandchildren.
