Services for Eldridge King (Ted) Arrington, of Route 2, Shubuta, were held Friday, December 17, 1993, at DeSoto Baptist Church with Rev. Randall Walker and Rev. Jimmy Sanders officiating. Burial was in the DeSoto Cemetery.
Arrington, age 80, died Wednesday, December 15, 1993, at H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include: two sons, Ted Arrington, Jr., Slidell, LA. and Jeff Arrington, Woodbridge, VA.; four daughters, Mrs. Louise Younger, DeSoto, Mrs. Kay Riley, Quitman, Mrs. Ruth Fortenberry, Richmond, VA., and Mrs. Merle Henson, Huntsville, AL; one brother, Arthur Arrington, Delta City and one sister, Mrs. Edna Stewart, Petal; fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
