Services for T. J. (Tom) Lewis, 88, of Rt. 3, Quitman were held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Mosley and Rev. Lendell Ainsworth officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge.
   Mr. Lewis, who died in Watkins Memorial Hopsital Sunday, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mattie Lewis; four daughters, Mrs. Leona Irby, Mrs. Adele Anderson, Mrs. Velma McGrew, all of Quitman, Miss Myrtle Grace Lewis, New Orleans, La.; four sons, Grady Lewis, Quitman, Odeston Lewis, Enterprise, J.D. Lewis, Medford Ore., Howard Lewis, Alva, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Claudia Gables, Quitman; two stepsons, Floyd W. Johnson, Cave City, Ark., Lloyd Johnson, Farmington, N.M.; 44 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter, one sister, Mrs. Asinia Dew, Quitman; two half sisters, Mrs. Christine Hemmingway, Mobile, Ala., and Miss Earline Lewis, Pensacola, Fla.; one step sister, Mrs. Ruby Rasco, Stonewall.
