Nannie B. McNeil Bunch

Services for Nannie B. McNeil Bunch were held March 1, 1995, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Sanders and Rev. Dennis Kennedy officiated.
   Mrs. Bunch, 87, of Quitman, died February 27, 1995.
   Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Billy H. and Hazel McNeil, Laurel; Kearney and Joann McNeil, Pachuta; and James F. and Ollie McNeil, Mobile, AL.; four daughters and sons-in-law, Alice Ruth and Warren Miller, Mobile, AL.; Doris and Odell Lewis, Quitman; Joyce and Charles Thomas, Mobile, AL., Sandra and Charles Mosley, Quitman; daughter-in-law, Jewel McNeil, Enterprise; a brother, Arthur Baker, Meridian; sister, Mamie Jordan, Meridian; 30 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
   Serving as pallbearers were her grandsons, Johnny David McNeil, Gary McNeil, Dennis McNeil, Charles Miller, Chris Miller, Jerry O. Lewis, Billy Ray McNeil, Bill McNeil, Terry McNeil, Bobby McNeil, Freddie McNeill, Jeff Thomas, Steven Thomas, Greg McNeil and Scotty McNeil.


Ruth Long Ivey

Services for Ruth Long Ivey were held March 3, 1995, at Stonewall Baptist Church with burial in the Stonewall Cemetery. Dr. Albert McMullan officiated.
   Mrs. Ivey, 75, of Stonewall, died March 1, 1995, at Archusa Convalescent Center.
   Survivors include a husband, Grady Ivey, Stonewall; two sons, Thomas Marvin Ivey, Meridian and Donald Lavelle Ivey, California; a daughter, Brenda Morgan, Quitman; a brother, R. C. Long, Mobile, AL., five grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.


Hazel Slay Horne
The Clarke County Tribune
Services for Hazel Slay Horne were held March 7, 1995, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Elim Cemetery in Clarke County.
   Mrs. Horne, 77, of Brandon, died March 5, 1995, at Rankin General Hospital of heart failure. A native of Clarke County, she had lived in the Brandon - Jackson area for the past 45 years and was a member of the Robinhood Baptist Church.
   Survivors include a sister, Mildred Clark, Jackson.
