Isabell Izona Faline was born on 3 November 1919 in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware. She died on 23 December 2008 in Delaware. She married William Thomas Brown on 7 November 1935 in Elkton, Cecil, Maryland.

Isabell passed away December 23, 2008 after a long illness.
   She was Director of Operations for LeRoys Style Shops until retiring to the family business, Tideline Galleries of Hockessin and Rehoboth Beach.
   She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, William T. Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Ann Hammond and her husband, William of Rehoboth Beach, DE; granddaughter, Patricia Hammond-Daniels and her husband, Michael of Newark, DE; grandson, William "J.R." Hammond and his wife Stephanie of Newark, DE; and her great-grandchildren, Christopher, Jillian and Jonathan Hammond. She is also survived by her sisters, Kathaline Dolly Faline Mauro of Wilmington, DE and Bonnie Faline McKee of Rockland, DE.
   A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 28 from 6-8 pm. in the MCCRERY MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3710 Kirkwood Highway (Route 2 east at Duncan Rd.), where the funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 am. Burial will be private.
   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mental Health Association in Delaware, 100 W. 10th St. Suite 600, Wilmington, DE 19806, (302-654-6833).
