On Tuesday September 7th, Mrs. Nanie Tew died after an illness of several weeks at her late home 10 miles east of Quitman, near Brewer. Mrs. Tew was a life long member of the Church of Christ, having professed religion at an early age. She eaves a husband, Mr. J. Tew, three boys, and five girls. Rev. F. V.. Walthall conducted the services at the grave.
