Chicago - Right Rev. john Heyl Vincent, 88 years old, for many years bishop of the Methodist Episcopal Church, died at his homehere. His son, George Edgar Vincent is president of the Carnegie foundation. Bishop Vincent was born at Tuscaloosa, Ala. Burial will be at Portville, N.Y.
