UNION - Services for Max Overton Jr. will be held today at 2 p.m. at Milling Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Harrison and Judy Chapman officiating. Burial will be in Evans Tabernacle Church of God Cemetery.
Mr. Overton, 31, of Union, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004, in Vicksburg.
Survivors include his wife, Melissa Overton; a daughter, Jasmine Overton; sons, Trey Overton and Zachary Overton; and his parents, Max and Karen Overton, all of Union; a brother, A.J. Overton of Long Beach; two nephews and several other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Services for Agnes Marble were to held today at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Davey Wilkinson and Russell Luquire officiating. Burial was to be in Mars Hill Cemetery in Edinburg.
Mrs. Marble, 77, of Meridian, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004, at Riley Nursing Center. She retired from Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of State Boulevard Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Charles Edgar Marble and James O'Neal Marble and his wife, Freida, all of Meridian; grandchildren, Charles Edgar Marble Jr. and his wife, and Josh Marble, Cassandra Marble and Britney Eugene Lindley; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Cora Mae Eddins and her husband, Matt Eddins Jr., of Pachuta and Johnnie Faye Long of Lauderdale; a brother, George Everette Tillman of Quitman; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Eugene Marble.
