Louise Hamrick Dew

Services for Mrs. Louise Dew, age 67, of Stonewall were held March 26, 1990, at Stonewall Assembly of God with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial was at Stonewall Cemetery.
   Mrs. Dew passed away March 25, 1990, at Riley's Hospital.
   She was preceded in death by her Father, G.S. Hamrick, and two brothers, Ira Lee Hamrick and Benny Wayne Hamrick.
   She is survived by her husband, Cecil Dew of Stonewall; two sons, Cecil Ra Dew and Larry David Dew, both of Stonewall; one daughter, Deborah D. Akin of Quitman; her mother, Mrs. Pearl Hamrick of Stonewall; five brothers, George S. Hamrick of Pachuta, J.R. Hamrick, Harmon Hamrick, Charles Hamrick, Billy Gene Hamrick, all of Stonewall; two sisters, Delores Hamrick of Stonewall age Inez McNeil of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.


Robert Earl Robinson

Services for Mr. Robert Earl "Robbie" Robinson, age 54, were held Wednesday, March 21, at the First Baptist Church of Scott, Louisiana. Interment was in the St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Scott, Louisiana.
   Mr. Robinson died Monday at his residencethere.
   A native of Clarke County and a resident of Scott for 17 years, he was a veteran of military service having served in the Marine Corps. Robert was employed by Scope International and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Scott and the United States Marine Corps League.
   He is survived by his wife, the former Bonnie Powell of Scott; one daughter, Brenda Robinson of Scott; two sons, Bobby Robinson of Duson, N.Y., and Daniel Robinson of Lafayette; three grandchildren; two sisters, Inez Lewis and Sallie Lewis, both of Quitman; and four brothers, Johnnie Robinson of Stonewall, Curtis Robinson of Philadelphia, Odell (Bogen) Robinson and Myrtle Robinson, both of Mobile, Ala.; one step-sister, Irene Beckman of Quitman; one step-brother, Bo Robinson of Quitman.
   He was preceded in death by his parents, the late James W. (Beade) Robinson and the former Carrie Long. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Abe Robinson, and one sister, Vernell McDonald.
