Joey Lynn Dearman

Services for Joey Lynn Dearman, age 24, of Pasadena, Texas, were held June 20, 1991, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Crossroads Cemetery. Rev. Roger Leggett and Rev. Jimmy Seale officiated.
   Mr. Dearman passed away on June 16, 1991, in Pasadena.
   He is survived by his wife, Paula Dearman; one son, David Curtis Dearman; one daughter, Krystal Denise Dearman, all of Pasadena, Texas; mother, Dorothy Jean Haines, Galveston, Texas; father, J.L. Dearman, Quitman; one brother, Danny Dearman, Quitman; sister, Angela Mietzen, Austin, Texas; and beloved family to numerous to mention by names and much to loved to be omited.
   Pallbearers were Brad Southern, Lee Felts, Eric Dearman, Kevin Dearman, Bennie Bozeman and Ronnie Phillips.


Mollie Edna Hayes

Services for Mollie Edna Hayes, age 98, of Quitman, were held on May 19, 1991, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Dr. Rex Yancey and Rev. Jerry Doggett officiated.
   Mrs. Hayes passed away on May 17, 1991, at her residence.
   She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Winnie Chapman, Waynesboro; Mrs. Ruby Smith, Mrs. Lillian Haney, both of Quitman; five grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; twenty-three great-great-grandchildren.
   Pallbearers were James Homer Chatman, Hank Gandy, Michael Evans, Tress Beard, Bobby Beard, John Beard.


Walter Curtis Stallings

Services for Walter Curtis Stallings, age 76, of Vossburg, were held on June 15, 1991, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the McGowan's Chapel Cemetery in Clarke County. Dr. Hardee Kennedy officiated.
   Mr. Stallings passed away on June 14, 1991, at H.C. Watkins Hospital.
   He is survived by three sons, Walter E. Stallings, James W. Stallings, Vossburg; Albert L. Stallings, Waynesboro; three brothers, Raymond Stallings, Roland Stallings, Quitman; Vernon Stallings, Brentwood, California; two sisters, Lydia Nicholson, Brentwood, California; Lois Cook, Vossburg; five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Wayne Taylor, Billy Gibbs, C.W. Hopkins, Buddy Cook, Greg Stallings, Wayne Busby


Jefferson David Boney, Sr.

Services for Jefferson David Boney, Sr., age 74, of Quitman, were held June 20, 1991, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the McGowan's Chapel Cemetery. Rev. John Maki officiated.
   Mr. Boney passed away on June 18, 1991, at H.C. Watkins Hospital.
   He is survived by two daughters, Linda Early, Shubuta; Kathy Worthy, Quitman; one son, Jeff Boney, Quitman; one brother, H.C. Boney, Jackson; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.


Rev. E. C. Moss
The Clarke County Tribune
Services for Rev. E.C. Moss, age 77, of Quitman, were held on June 24, 1991, at Rolling Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Brumfield, Rev. Terry Irby and Rev. Taylor Wallace officiating. Burial was in the Matthews Cemetery, Laurel. Wright's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
   Rev. Moss passed away on June 22, 1991, at Anderson's Hospital.
   He pastored churches in Clarke, Wayne and Jasper counties for 38 years. He was a World War II Veteran.
   Rev. Moss is survived by his wife, Mrs. Willie Pearl Moss; two sons, Rev. Michael Moss, Waynesboro; Mr. Marcus West, Quitman; one daughter, Latriece Smith, Quitman; two brothers, Mr. Lex O. Moss, Mr. W.I. Moss, Jr., both of Laurel; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Faye Pitts, Laurel; Mrs. Anna Jean Folks, Bay Springs; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.


Mary Inez Redmond

Services for Mary Inez Redmond, age 66, of Chunky, were held on June 25, 1991, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Chunky Cemetery. Rev. Ricky Mitchell and Rev. Wayne Campbell officiated.
   Mrs. Redmond passed away on June 23, 1991, at Riley's Hospital.
   She is survived by a son, Freddie Lane Redmond, Stonewall; one step-son, Wayne Redmond, Utica; four daughters, Mrs. Linda Waldron, New Jersey; Mrs. Donna Readenour, Mrs. Nell Hodges, both of Chunky; Mrs. Cindy Ranier, Little Rock, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Lorene Russell, Chunky, Mrs. Aileen Godwin, Newton; twenty-one grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
