Dee Bud Berry

Services for Mr. Dee Berry, age 89, of New Hebron, were held Tuesday morning from Shivers Baptist Church. Rev. A.J. McCain and Rev. Jerry Yarborough officiated. Burial followed in the New Hebron Cemetery with Saulters-Moore Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Berry passed away Saturday at the Jefferson Davis County Hospital.
Mr. Berry was a native of Simpson County and was a longtime resident of the New Hebron area. He was a retired farmer and carpenter and was a member of the Shivers Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, A.D. Berry of New Hebron, and Dale Berry of Quitman; two daughters, Mrs. Edna E. (Nell) Thurman of New Hebron, and Mrs. June Johnson of Mobile, Ala.; 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Mickey Berry, Mack Berry, John D. Berry, Tony Hollis, Ed Thurman, and Kenny Thurman.

Services for Mr. Clifford Williams, age 71, of Stonewall were held January 11, 1990, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was at Bethel Cemetery.
Mr. Williams passed away January 9, 1990, at his residence.
He is survived by one daughter, Martha Williams of Stonewall; and one sister, Mrs. Annie Harrell of Stonewall.
