She was a member of the Fulton Road Baptist Church in Mobile, Alabama.
She is survived by three sisters, Martha Harrison, Foley, Alabama; Susie Jackson, Meridian; and Zelphia Reynolds, Quitman; several nieces and nephews.

He is survived by one brother, Robert Speed, Meridian; and one sister, Mrs. Fannie Bonnett, Montgomery, Alabama; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Ousley was born in Choctaw County, Alabama; was a homemaker and a member of the Druid Hills United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her seven daughters, Evelyn Bailey, Meridian; Norma Jean Beddingfield, Meridian; Lucille Sofge, Lakeland, Florida; Merle Shepherd, Birmingham, Alabama; Anne Hoadley, Los Angeles, California; Frances Johnson, Spring, Texas; Sharon Kling, Peachtree City, Georgia; four sisters, Irma Ward, Brookhaven, Mississippi; Ina Ruth Doggett, Toxey, Alabama; Maggie Chenault, Meridian; Annie Laura Sims, Meridian; two brothers, Morris and James Allen, Meridian; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Her grandsons and grandsons-in-law will serve as pallbearers.
