Darrin William Roberts

Services for Darrin William Roberts, age 17, of Rt. 1 Quitman, were held on February 9, 1992, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church with burial in the Archusa Memorial Gardens. Father Walter Hurt and Father Tom Slawson officiated.
   Mr. Roberts passed away on February 6, 1992.
   He is survived by his mother and father, William and Ruth Roberts, Rt. 1 Quitman; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R. C. McNeil, Ramona, California; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Roberts, Collinsvile, Miss.; two brothers, Mr. Normal D. Roberts, Quitman; Mr. David G. Roberts, Meridian.
   Wright's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.


James Chandler Jordan, Jr.

Services for James Chandler Jordan, Jr., age 71, of Rt. 3 Quitman, were held on February 10, 1992, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in McGowan's Chapel Cemetery. Rev. John Macki officiated.
   Mr. Jordan passed away on February 6, 1992, at his residence.
   He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Darlene Kay Miller, Ruskin, Florida; one sister, Mrs. Marjorie Martin, Mobile, Ala.; several nieces and nephews; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.


Mary Dorothy Greer

Services for Mary Dorothy Greer, age 69, of Rt. 13 Meridian, were held on February 11, 1992, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Stonewall Cemetery. Dr. Albert McMullen and Rev. Taylor Wallace officiated.
   Mrs. Greer passed away on February 10, 1992, at Riley's Hospital.
   She is survived by her husband, William L. Greer, Meridian; one son, William Michael Greer, Pascagoula; three daughters, Ann Smith, Carolyn Rose, Meridian; Tammy Smith, Decatur, Ms.; one brother, John Robert Taylor, Mobile, Ala.


Annie L. Massingale

Services for Annie L. Massingale, age 93, of Rt. 9 Meridian, were held on February 7, 1992, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Odd Fellow's Cemetery. Rev. Bill Webb and Marcus Peagler officiated.
   Mrs. Massingale passed away on February 5, 1992, at her residence.
   She is survived by two sons, Joe Massingale, Jr., Pensacola, Fla.; George Massingale, Meridian; one daughter, Mrs. Rida M. Hill, Meridian; two brothers, Ted Arrington, DeSoto; Arthur Arrington, Delta City, Miss.; one sister, Edna Stewart, Laurel; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Vernon Massingale, Sr.
