   Mrs. Cox passed away on September 27, 1990, in Silver Hill, Alabama.
   She is survived by three sons, Jerry Lamar Rich, Stonewall; Perry Rich, Fayetteville, Tenn.; Perry Lamar Rich, Enterprise; one daughter, Diane Boman, Meridian; one brother, Howard L. Williams, Baytown, Texas; one sister, Norma Jean Fontaine, Silver Hill, Ala.; nine grandchildren and four great greatchildren.
