Services for James Robert "Jim" Barnes were held Tuesday, April 29, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. from Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Mosley and Rev. Glenn McLeod officiating. Burial followed in the Stonewall Cemetery.
Mr. Barnes, 81, formerly of Stonewall, died Sunday in Conva-Rest Rest Home in Hattiesburg.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Barnes, Hattiesburg; three daughters, Rosalie Richardson, Stonewall; Kathryn Slaughter, Ellisville; Irene Warren, Ellisville; one brother, Alford Barnes, Stonewall; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
