Survivors include a son, Elton Brand, Stonewall; one daughter, Marvine Pugh, Baton Rouge, LA; one brother, Louis Mena, Meridian; three sisters, Vivian Brand, Lafayette, Al; Josie Chi, Phoenix City, AL; and Ina Faye Dolan, Stonewall; six grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Brand was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Brand.
