Services for Lillie Ivey Rhoden were held April 12, 1993, at Meadow Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Tom Robinson and Rev. Ray Jenkins officiated.
Mrs. Rhoden, age 79, of Rt. 4 Danielsville, GA, passed away on April 9, 1993.
A native of Mississippi, Mrs. Rhoden was a daughter of the late Tom and Addie Taylor Ivey and was married to the late John Rhoden. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Meadow Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Ellis Rhoden, Comer, GA, and Sidney Rhoden, Biloxi, MS; two daughters, Ada Ruth Westbrook, Orlando, FL, and Ann McSwain, Richton, MS; three brothers, Ben Ivey, Lakeland, FL; Cletus Ivey, Panama City, FL, and Huston Ivey, Magnolia, MS; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jim Peek, Doug Esco, Charles Booth, Allen Slaton, Mike Patton and Kenneth Barnett.
Brown's Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge of arrangements.
Jack McAdams

Services for Jack Edward McAdams were held April 27, 1993, at Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Rev. Skip Atchison officiated.
Mr. McAdams, age 47, of Bentonia, passed away of a heart attack at the Delta Medical Center on April 25, 1993. He was born January 4, 1946, in Clarke County and was the son of Mrs. Jack Eddie McAdams of Quitman and the late Mr. McAdams.
Survivors include his wife, Emily Sue McAdams, Bentonia; three daughters, Kimberly Sue Purvis, Malissa Ann McAdams, and Shannon Dell McAdams, all of Benatonia; his mother, Daisy McAdams of Quitman; a brother, Douglas McAdams of Dallas; three sisters, Delores Pope, Dallas; Brenda Donald, Waynesboro; and Sybil Wood, Quitman, and two grandsons.
Active pallbearers included Jay Potter, Larry Warrington, Dennis McCool, Bobby Chamblis, Curtis Stavley, Bill Bass and Bruce Coleman.
