Graveside services for Robert Woodrow (Woodie) Ivy were held on June 30, 1993, at the DeSoto Cemetery. Rev. David Jay officiated.
Mr. Ivy, age 72, of Quitman, passed away on June 28, 1993, at his residence.
Survivors include his brother, James Ivy, Ft. Worth, TX; three sisters, Aliene Kennedy, Wiggins; Ruby L. Burcham, Ft. Worth, TX; and Eloise VanCamp, Merritt Island, FL.
Myra Hull DeLorme

Services for Mrs. DeLorme were held on July 6, 1993, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Rev. John Stevens officiated.
A native of DeKalb, a resident of Quitman and Gloversville, N.Y., for many years, Mrs. DeLorme died July 1, 1993, in a Red Bank, N.J. hospital.
Mrs. DeLorme is survived by one brother, John Thomas Hull, of Mobile, AL; one sister, Mrs. Annie Velgene Lesne of Red Bank, N.J.; step-children; George DeLorme of Rochester, N.Y.; Doris Calhy of Syracuse, N.Y.; two nephews and four nieces.
Mrs. DeLorme was a former member of First Baptist Church of Quitman and a retired teacher after some thirty-six years in New York and Mississippi.
Leon Harmon Carter, Sr.

Services for Leon Harmon Carter, Sr., were held on July 5, 1993, at First Baptist Church, Quitman, with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Rev. John Stevens officiated.
Mr. Carter, age 77, of Quitman, passed away on July 4, 1993, at Watkins Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Carter; one son, Leon H. Carter, Jr., and a sister, Katherine Glass, all of Quitman.
