Tommy Douglas Clay-Odom

Graveside service for Tommy Douglas Clay-Odom were held Saturday, February 22, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at Stonewall Cemetery in Stonewall, MS, with Pastor Bob Null officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
     Mr. Odom, 49, of Meridian, MS, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Tommy was born and raised in Meridian and lived there nearly all of his life. He worked as an asphalt miller in his twenties and early thirties until he decided to become an entrepreneur as his father and grandfather did.  Tommy started his first business venture in Meridian in auto mechanics and later started two other businesses on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He enjoyed owning and operating his businesses, boating and hanging out with his friends on he water on weekends. Tommy was well known for being a hard worker and leisurely person.
     Survivors include his daughter, Krystal Odom Dearman and husband Kyle; son, Chris Odom and fiancĂ©, Amber Burkett; mother, Pat Clay and fiancĂ©, Phil Madden; sister, Genevieve Clay; grandchildren, Tanner, Kolby and Maggie Dearman; niece, Ashley Garrett and nephew, Clay Griffith.
     He was preceded in death by his father, Frankie Clay; grandfather, Odie Jeffres; and grandparents, Homer and Geraldine Clay.

     Visitation was held Saturday, from 1:00-2:00p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home.

Jerry Edward Haddox

Jerry Edward Haddox, 59, of Quitman, MS, passed away on February 20, 2014.
     He was born on September 20, 1954, to James and Willie (Menasco) Haddox in New Orleans, LA.
     Jerry is survived by his daughters, Heather Haddox, Maggie Haddox and LaDonna Flowers; brothers, Larry Haddox, Danny Haddox and Ray Crow; sister, Kellie Crow; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
     He was preceded in death by father, James Haddox and mother, Willie Mae Haddox.
     Graveside services were held on Saturday, February 22, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at the Crossroads Church Cemetery with Rev. Larry Browning officiating. Visitation was held 30 minutes prior to service at the graveside.
