Services for Rufus Green Cook were held Wednesday, June 18, 1986, at 10 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Leland Goodman officiating. Burial was in East Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
   Mr. Cook, 77, died Monday, June 16, 1986, at Archusa Convalescent Center.
   Survivors include a son, Ronell G. Cook, Quitman; five daughters, Ann Beard, Dalewood, Janice Stanwood, Brea, Calif., Barbara Ford, Ackerman, Janet Jacobs, Haleyville, Ala., and Carol Morgan, Meridian; a brother, John H. Cook, Quitman; a sister, Lizzie O'Neal, Ocean Springs; 17 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
