Robert H. Lynam, 60, of Tampa died Tuesday at his residence. A native of Wilmington, De., he had lived in the Tampa Bay area 10 years, coming from Naples. He was a Protestant. He is survived by one brother, Ralph W. of Tampa; and two sisters, Ruth E. Talley of Hayesville, N.C. and Mildred Ann Lambert of Wilmington, Del. Curry & Son Funeral Home.
