Services for Darlene D. Renner, age 33, of Jackson, Alabama, were held on July 19, 1992, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery in Melvin, Alabama. Rev. Keith Pugh and Rev. Jesse Griffith officiated.
Mrs. Renner passed away on July 17, 1992, at Providence Hospital in Mobile. She was born October 11, 1958, in Butler, Ala., and reared in Quitman, Miss. Mrs. Renner was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jackson, Ala.; Women's League; American Cancer Society and was employed with the City of Jackson as a municipal court clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Renner; two sons, Jason and Drew Renner, all of Jackson, Ala.; parents, Doyle and Dorothy Dikes, Quitman; one brother, Brian Dikes, Meridian.
Active pallbearers were: Harvey Little, Lawson Edmonds, Grady Wilson, Bruce Wright, Clarke Burge, Charlie Huckabee, The Jackson Police Department served as honorary pallbearers.
James Bryan Walden

Services for James Bryan Walden, age 57, of Rt. 1 Quitman, were held on July 24, 1992, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Quinnely Foundation Cemetery, Clarke County. Bro. Larry Blakely and Bro. Brimm Bell officiated.
Mr. Walden passed away on July 22, 1992, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Walden, Quitman; five sons, Dennis Walden, Stonewall; Timmy Walden, Shreveport, La.; Donald Walden, Petaluma, Cal.; Jerry Walden, Harvey, La.; Bryan Walden, Quitman; two daughters, Teresa Jones and Kim Irby, Quitman; one brother, Howard Walden, Harvey, La.; three sisters, Opal Bates, Stonewall; Eva Pierce, Wesmego, La.; Mary Lucy Lewis, Quitman; sixteen grandchildren.

Services for Annie Laura Crawford, age 79, of Quitman, were held on July 26, 1992, at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Marcus Peagler officiated.
Mr. Crawford passed away on July 24, 1992, at H.C. Watkins Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by two daughters, Dot Whaley, Quitman; Hazel Williamson, Hattiesburg; two brothers, Harry Cooper, California; Preston Cooper, Connecticut; three sisters, Grace Roby, Forest, MS; Marie Graham, Noonan, GA; Jan Featherstone, Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Myrtle C. Robinson

Services for Myrtle C. Robinson were held from the chapel of James F. Webb Funeral Home in Meridian at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, with the Rev. David McCubbin officiating. Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery.
Mrs. Robinson, 98, died at Falling Creek Retirement Home on July 17. She was a native of Cuba, Ala., and lived most of her adult years in Meridian, Miss. Mrs. Robinson moved to Quitman approximately five years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Lamar Robinson of Meridian. She is survived by Carolyn Corn Smith and Carol Jane Smith Patton, both of Quitman and Nan Smith Proctor of Knoxville, Tenn., and four great nieces, Laura Suzanne Patton and Virginia Faith Patton of Quitman, Ruth Marie Proctor and Rebecca Erion Proctor of Knoxville, Tenn.
Other nieces and nephews surviving Mrs. Robinson are Eloise Clay Bodeker of Meridian and Las Vegas, Nv.; Thomas Franklin Corn, Jr., of Dalewood; James R. Corn of Causeyville; Rebecca Corn Kramer of Point Clear, Ala.; Barbara Corn Dean of Lockhart; Eleanor C. Box of Birmingham, Ala.; Mary Virginia Rous Olsen of Akron, Ohio; John H. Rous of Bellair Bluffs, Fla.; and Clarence V. Rous of Chattanooga, Tenn.
Pallbearers include Thomas F. Corn, Jr., James R. Corn, Francis Kramer, Stanley Dean, W.B. Null, John Sturdivant, Benny D. Watts, Edward H. Crampton, and Cleve Fuller, Jr.
