Anthony I. Taylor was born on 13 May 1925 in Mississippi. He died on 4 December 1971 in Jackson, Mississippi. He is buried in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Quitman, Clarke, Mississippi.

   Funeral services for Anthony (Bud) Taylor, 46, of Rt. 3, Quitman were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. Don Ricks Earl Green and W.W. Hayes officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
   Mr. Taylor died early Saturday morning at Veteran's Hospital in Jackson.
   He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Doris Taylor of Quitman; one son, Robert Earl Taylor of Natchez; parents, Mr. and Mrs. William C. (Bill) Taylor of Quitman; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Evans, Mrs. Margaret Colston, Mrs. Billie Ruth McDoanld, all of Quitman, and Mrs. Tiny Dempsey of Nashville, Tenn.; one brother, A.F. (Tip) Taylor of Quitman.
   Pallbearers were James Evans, Kenneth Ivey, Billy Joe Ivey, Chester Evans, R.C. Whitley, Jack Adams.
