Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Jewel Chandler, 73, were held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 12, 1982, from the Ephesus Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Jones officiating. Interment was made in the Ephesus Cemetery.
   Mrs. Chandler died June 11, 1982, at the S.E. Lackey Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.
   Survivors include her husband, R.B. Chandler, Rt. 1, Forest; five daughters, Desieree May, Rt. 1, Forest, Fay Lanthrip, Rt. 1, Lake, Mary Harkey, Rt. 4, Forest, Arbela Parker, Pelahatchie, Otsieree Taylor, Quitman; one sister, Louise Branning, Moss Point; two brothers, Manuel Williamson, Philadelphia, Ethel Williamson, Clarksdale; and 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
   Pallbearers were Miller Harkey, Walter Taylor, Truman Bell, Jamie Lanthrip, James Cumberland, Delton Riser.
   Bradford Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
