Services for Ruby Hanson Watson were held October 12, 1994, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Spring Valley Cemetery at Webster County, Mississippi.
Mrs. Watson, 82, died October 9, 1994, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
She was born February 18, 1912, in Marshall County, MS, and was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Choctaw County, MS.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Wooten, Fremont, CA; three sons, Harold L. Watson, Glen Watson and John E. Watson, all of Meridian; sister, Lou Vails, Tupelo; six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Oliver Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mary Catherine Roberts

Services for Mary Catherine Roberts were held October 14, 1994, at Shady Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Rev. Mark Thead officiated.
Mrs. Roberts, 87, of Quitman, died October 12, 1994, at Anderson's Hospital.
Survivors include two sons, Leslie Roberts, Shubuta; and Wayne Roberts, Quitman; three daughters, Agnes Gable, Laurel; Bobbie Faye Atwood, Mobile and Duanne Roberts, Melvin, AL; three brothers, Paul Smith, Quitman; Leon Smith, Fayetteville, Arkansas; and Leroy Smith, Tuscaloosa, AL; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
