SEAFORD - Charles Atwood Perkins, 68, P.O. Box 297, died Friday in Riverside Hospital.
Born in Hampton, Mr. Perkins had been a resident of York County since 1943, and was a retired supervisor with the electrical maintenance department at Newport News Shipbuilding.
He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Yorktown; Monitor Lodge No. 197. AF&AM, Hampton; and Royal Arch Chapter.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Tennis Perkins; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Perkins Lloyd of Short Hills, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Flossie M. White of Maggie Valley, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Grace Episcopal Church by the Rev. Claude Turner.
Burial, with Masonic rites, will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Amory Funeral Home, Grafton.
