Marian E. Stewart, 78, of Wilmington, died Friday in St. Francis Hospital.
Mrs. Stewart was a homemaker. She was a member of Hanover Presbyterian Church and Order of Eastern Star, Ruth Chapter 19.
Survivors: husband, Samuel; brother, Edward H. Hughes of West Chester, Ohio; sisters, Grace H. Meyer and Jane B. Barker, both of Wilmington.
Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Doherty Funeral Home, 1900 Delaware Ave. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Burial: Silverbrook Cemetery, Lancaster Avenue and Du Pont Road.
