Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, Twenty-fourth and Market Streets, for Mrs. Emma Harlan Chambers, 74, of 622 West Twenty-eighth Street.
   Mrs. Chambers died yesterday after a long illness. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
   The widow of William H. Chambers, she was born in Wilmington and lived here most of her life except for the period of 20 years spent in Brooklyn, N.Y.
   She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Elinore C. Hayden of Wilmington; two brothers, William T. Harlan of Tampa, Fla., and George M. Harlan of Wilmington; a sister, Mrs. Eva H. Burlin of Tampa; and a grandson, William A. Hayden, Jr., of Wilmington.
